Privacy and cookies

This notice explains what happens to information you send CCF through this website.

Who is responsible

Contract Cleaning & Facilities, Capel Lane, Gossops Green, Crawley, West Sussex RH11 8HL, is the controller of personal information sent through this website. Contact: info@ccflimited.co.uk or 01293 419085.

To be confirmed by CCF before launch: registered company name and number, and ICO registration number if applicable.

What this website collects

The website collects personal information only when you send the enquiry form: your name, email address and message, how you would like to be contacted, and any optional details you choose to add (organisation, the services you are interested in and type of premises). A phone number is needed only if you ask to be called. If you call or email CCF directly, the same principles apply to the details you give.

Why CCF uses it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to prepare a quotation. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and CCF's legitimate interest in responding to people who contact it. CCF does not use enquiry details for marketing unless you separately agree.

Who else handles it

  • Cloudflare hosts the website and runs the enquiry form. It processes the form and technical connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.
  • An email delivery service passes the completed form to CCF's inbox. To be confirmed by CCF before launch.
  • CCF's email provider stores the email in CCF's inbox.

These providers may process data outside the UK. To be confirmed by CCF before launch: the safeguards that apply to each provider's international transfers.

How long it is kept

To be confirmed by CCF before launch: how long enquiry emails are kept when no contract follows, and when they are deleted.

The form does not store your enquiry

The website itself does not keep a copy of enquiries. Each enquiry is passed straight to CCF by email. Hidden anti-spam checks look at whether the form was completed too quickly or by an automated program; they do not identify you.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies, does not store anything in your browser, and does not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking. It does not embed content from other websites. Fonts and images are served from the site itself. If CCF adds analytics or any other non-essential cookies in future, this notice will be updated first and you will be asked for consent where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask CCF for a copy of your information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its use, or ask for its use to be restricted. Contact info@ccflimited.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes

This notice was prepared in October 2026. CCF will update it if the way the website handles information changes.
